ASPEBE is a Non Governmental Organization (NGO) of International Cooperation specialized in the training and assistance of all actors involved in crisis management, whether in France or in the world.

These programs take place within the framework of the activities carried out by ASPEBE, or at the request of national, international organizations, public institutions, local authorities or other NGOs.
Afin de mieux répondre aux sollicitations techniques et à l’évolution administrative du statut d’ONG, nous développons une capacité de réponse opérationnelle aux différentes demandes des Etats, collectivités et entités locales de pays sinistrés, que ce soit en personnel, en matériel, en logistique ou en méthodologie d’intervention.
For 20 years, we have been heavily involved alongside local and national authorities, for whom we act as a field operator and service provider in the following fields of activity:

Training of operational actors and decision-makers of prevention and crisis management.

Advice and expertise for assistance of humanitarian programs

Operational intervention, including the response to disasters and major natural hazards.

The implementation of resources for operational activities and programs with corresponding logistics.

Assistance to or cooperation with other NGOs or requesting organizations.

Assistance in setting up projects and drafting calls for projects for our requesting partners.
If the independent nature of our Association is a fundamental value, that of its operational commitment and ethical responsibility are also fundamental values, obligations that engage us with States, local authorities, public and private donors, which contribute to the activities of ASPEBE.

III. Analyse of the Risk Basin.
The training subject will be the risk (first-aid, fire, technological and natural risks). The main causes will be studied.
